Recognizing the frustration of waiting for mailed DVDs to reach Netflix before the next one could be sent, I developed the tagline "Less Waiting. More Watching." This resonated with creative leadership and sparked a campaign highlighting those relatable "waiting" scenarios. This commercial is one result of this strategy.
